Eventually, you can branch out into your own enterprise if you want to, after building patient base for a year or two. The existing practice is a pediatric office. We also see a lot of teenagers, have some 25-26 year olds; lots of established patients. There are no orthodontists in town and patients want orthodontist in-house. The building next store that doctor owns is just sitting.
