Kannapolis Pediatric Dentistry is an established pediatric practice in Kannapolis, North Carolina, led by Dr. Jayaram, with a large, loyal patient base of children, teens, and young adults. Our families keep asking for orthodontics in-house, and there are no orthodontists in town.

We're looking for an orthodontist to partner with us from the start: build a practice inside ours with a referral base already waiting, and, when you're ready, step into your own space next door.

Compensation & Benefits

Daily Guarantee: $1,300 per day for the first 3 to 6 months

Structure: Partnership from day one, with a 50/50 investment in orthodontic equipment to get set up

Path to Ownership: After building your patient base for a year or two, the option to move into your own office in the owner-held building next door and run your own enterprise

The Opportunity

Start with patients, not an empty schedule. Our pediatric practice sees a high volume of children and teens, plus young adults into their mid-twenties, and our families want orthodontic care in-house. With no competing orthodontist in Kannapolis, the referral pipeline is built the day you arrive.

Partner, then own. Dr. Jayaram is offering a true partnership inside the existing facility: you co-invest 50/50 in the orthodontic equipment, treat our referred patients, and build your base with the support of an established team. After a year or two, if you want it, the building next door is yours to grow into as your own orthodontic practice.

You'll provide the full scope of orthodontic treatment for children, teens, and adults.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed orthodontist, or eligible for licensure in North Carolina
• A graduate of an accredited orthodontic residency
• Entrepreneurial, with an interest in building and owning a practice
• Comfortable with children and teens
• Collaborative and patient-focused, with strong communication skills
