Anders Dental is a well-established private practice located in Black Mountain, North Carolina, just outside Asheville. Our practice is known for a family-oriented, collaborative culture and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care while following IAOMT protocols.

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected Earnings: $275,000+ annually (based on a 4-day work week, with earning potential increasing based on schedule and production)
• Compensation: Base pay with a bonus for production percentage

Benefits Include:

• Practice-paid CE for approved courses
• Paid in-office CE and online CE
• Monthly medical allowance of $65–$195
• 401(k) with employer match after one year (optional)
• 15–86 hours of PTO annually (accrued per paycheck)
• $50 quarterly uniform allowance
• Free dental care for the doctor and immediate family (lab fees excluded)

The Opportunity

This position is open to both full-time and part-time candidates, offering an exceptional level of schedule flexibility.

The practice is open to patients:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM–3:00 PM
• One Saturday per month: 8:30 AM–2:30 PM

You may choose to work any combination of these days, making this an ideal opportunity for dentists seeking either a full-time career or a more flexible schedule.

The associate will provide a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Fillings
• Crowns & Bridges
• Partials & Dentures
• Extractions
• Comprehensive Restorative Dentistry

Dentists who enjoy expanding their clinical skillset are also encouraged to provide services such as Implants, Invisalign, and Root Canal Therapy.

You'll practice with advanced technology including:

• 3D Scanner
• iTero Scanner
• Nomad Portable X-Ray
• Digital Radiography
• Ozone Therapy Technology
• PRF

Dr. Anders enjoys mentoring associates, making this an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced dentists looking to continue growing clinically.
