Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $50 to $55 per hour

Performance Bonuses: Monthly personal goal and hygiene team goal bonuses, each with three levels and higher payouts at the higher tiers

Benefits Include:

• Continuing education covered when the content will benefit the office
• 401(k) with matching up to 4%, eligible after one year
• Paid time off accruing per paycheck to equal two weeks by the end of year one
• Monthly medical allowance added to your check ($65/month in year one, $130/month in year two and beyond)
• Monthly uniform allowance ($50 full-time, $25 part-time)

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with a flexible schedule built around the days that work for you.

Anders Dental offers a strong clinical environment where hygienists can focus on delivering excellent care, building long-term patient relationships, and working with a team that genuinely supports one another.

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• One Saturday per month: 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM

You're open to choosing the days you work, and you're not expected to work all available days, giving you real flexibility to build a schedule that fits your life.

Patient Care Philosophy

• One-hour appointments (with no exam), 70+ minutes for recalls with exam or X-rays, and 1.5 to 2 hours for SRP

Technology & Clinical Support

You'll work with modern technology and equipment, including:

• Digital radiography
• CBCT imaging
• An ultrasonic scaler in every hygiene kit
• Hygiene kits sent out for professional sharpening
• Instruments purchased as needed, determined by the hygiene team

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist
• Patient-oriented and great with people
• A positive team player who values a supportive, collaborative culture
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with the doctor and team
• Open to feedback and committed to helping the team improve

You'll also have the support of a team lead who is always willing to help and train where needed.
