While other companies may expect you to work 5-6 days a week, 12 hour shifts per day, or weekends, we believe that a 'happy doctor is a productive doctor.' All of our associates work 3-4 days per week, 8am to 5pm. No weekends. No Holidays.  Our doctors make anywhere from $350k to over $500k/year on 32 hours per week . They are paid $1000/day as a guarantee (which never expires) against 30% of adjusted production. This is paid monthly.
