Kelly Dental is a privately owned, fully fee-for-service dental practice located on Springfield’s Medical Mile, a high-traffic healthcare corridor surrounded by a stable and growing patient base. Our practice is built around exceptional patient care, ethical diagnosis, long-term relationships, and helping our doctors continually grow both personally and professionally.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of Net Production (mostly FFS)
(Comparable to approximately 40% collections in many PPO practices)

Expected Earnings: $250,000–$400,000+ annually

Daily Guarantee: $900/day during the first 3 months

Continuing Education: $10,000 annual CE reimbursement

401(k): 4% company match after one year

4 weeks off yearly

Additional Upside: Tiered production bonus opportunity

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate opportunity with an expected 3.5-day work week, designed to provide an exceptional quality of life while allowing ample opportunity for professional growth.

Schedule
Monday–Wednesday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Thursday 

8:00AM - 1PM (opportunity to expand until 4PM as needed)

Flexible scheduling options, including Thursdays or Fridays, are available for the right candidate.

This position is ideal for a dentist with two or more years of clinical experience who enjoys comprehensive general dentistry and wants to continually develop advanced clinical skills throughout their career.

Clinical Scope

You’ll provide comprehensive general dentistry including:

• Restorative dentistry
• Crown & bridge
• Surgical extractions
• Molar and anterior endodontics
• Pediatric and family dentistry
• Comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning

We are especially interested in dentists who have a genuine desire to continue growing in areas such as:

• Implant placement and restoration
• Cosmetic dentistry (direct composite, porcelain veneers, smile design)
• Digital dentistry and CAD/CAM workflows
• 3D printing and modern restorative techniques
• Comprehensive treatment planning

You don’t need to already perform every advanced procedure—we’re looking for someone excited to learn.
