With 2,200 active patients , 250+ new patients a year , and 10 operatories , we're growing, and there's real room for an associate to build a full schedule, take on a lead clinical role, and move toward partnership as the practice expands.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: 33% of collections (minus 33% of lab costs)
Expected Earnings: $150,000–$300,000+ annually. Our doctor collections exceeded $930,000 in 2025 ; at 33%, a full schedule supports $300,000+.
Daily Guarantee: $700 per day for the first 3 months
Relocation Assistance: Approximately $3,000
