Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 33% of collections

Expected Earnings: $420,000 – $500,000+ annually
Recent associate earned $400K+ doing primarily bread-and-butter dentistry, with additional upside available.

Daily Guarantee: $1,000/day (draw vs. collections, averaged monthly)

Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000

The Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity offering a consistently busy schedule and immediate production potential within a high-performing, FFS-oriented practice.

The practice offers a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Restorative dentistry with a heavy focus on crown & bridge
• Dentures and removable prosthetics
• Night guards and preventative care
• Opportunities to expand into extractions, endodontics, implants, and orthodontics (currently referred out)

You’ll be supported by modern technology and a strong clinical team, including:

• Fully digital workflow and advanced equipment
• Experienced assistants and support staff
• Efficient systems that promote high production and smooth patient flow

Mentorship and collaboration are a key part of this role, making it a strong opportunity for:

• An experienced dentist looking to maximize earnings and autonomy
• OR a growth-minded dentist seeking mentorship from owner doctors with 26+ years of experience

There is significant opportunity to increase production and income by bringing additional procedures in-house, creating a clear path to $500K+ earnings.
