We’re the only practice accepting Medicaid within a 3-hour radius, which means we’re consistently booked and growing fast.
Our team is known for a warm and supportive environment where doctors have full clinical autonomy and the opportunity for real professional growth. The owner-doctor does not practice at this location, and our current associate is transitioning into an ownership role. We’re now looking for a dedicated and compassionate general dentist to join us full-time and become part of something meaningful.
Compensation & Benefits
$850/day guaranteed for the entire term of a 2–3 year contract
30% to 35% of adjusted production (minus lab fees) based on production
Paid monthly: if the percentage exceeds the guarantee, the difference is paid as a bonus
