University Dental Care is a thriving, high-volume dental practice located in the heart of State College, Pennsylvania, home to Penn State University. We serve a large and diverse patient population across a broad geographic area and are currently the only practice accepting Medicaid within a 3-hour radius, resulting in consistent patient demand and a continually growing schedule.
Our team is known for its warm, supportive culture, where doctors enjoy clinical autonomy, mentorship, and opportunities for long-term growth. The owner-doctor does not practice at this location, and our current associate is transitioning into an ownership role, creating an excellent opportunity for the next dentist to join a well-established and highly productive practice.
Daily Guarantee: $950/day guaranteed for the entire term of a 2–3 year contract
Compensation:
30%–35% of adjusted production (minus lab fees) based on production levels
Paid monthly if production exceeds the guarantee
Expected Earnings: $210,000–$300,000+ annually

Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Optional Fridays: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
