Compensation
We offer a highly rewarding compensation structure designed to grow with your performance and commitment:
Daily Guarantee: $850/day
Earning Potential: $250,000–$400,000+ annually
Compensation Model: 30–35% of production ( tiered system – the higher your production, the higher your percentage)
Signing Bonus: $12,000 for a 2-year agreement
