Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Tiered adjusted production model starting at 30%, increasing with monthly adjusted production (31% at $70K to $80K, 32% at $80K to $90K, and scaling up to a 35% maximum)

Expected Earnings: $250,000–$350,000 annually

Daily Guarantee: $850 per day for the first 3 months

Sign-On Bonus: $12,000 with a two-year agreement (prorated if the doctor leaves after one year)

Benefits Include:

• Continuing Education allowance: $500 per year
• Health insurance

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate role in a busy, growing practice with meaningful schedule flexibility.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, primarily 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Some early days running 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Optional Saturdays available if you'd like additional days
• The practice is open to a hybrid or mixed schedule, including early Wednesdays or Fridays

You'll perform all general dentistry procedures, and because we have an implantologist in house, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow into implant dentistry with hands-on guidance.

You'll practice with modern technology and a fully digital workflow, including:

• Digital scanners
• Intraoral cameras
• Patient education displays
• Access to CBCT and cephalometric imaging at nearby sister offices

Mentorship is available, making this a strong opportunity for a dentist looking to expand their clinical skill set, especially into implants.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed general dentist
• One year of experience preferred
• An excellent patient communicator
• Someone with a positive attitude who is a great team player
• Interested in growing their clinical skills, including implant dentistry
