Position Overview:
Work Hours: 36-hour work week, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $200,000 guaranteed for the first year, with additional monthly compensation via a production-based model (27-30% of production). The associate will earn either the higher of the tiered production bonus income or the $200,000 yearly guarantee.
