Topeka ProDental is a well-established private practice in Topeka, Kansas, serving the community since 1991. Our fully remodeled main office (2023) and satellite location are built on all-digital technology and a wonderfully trained team that supports your skill set.

We are looking for a motivated, full-time Associate Dentist to join an established patient base across two locations.

Compensation & Benefits

• $175,000 guaranteed salary for your first year, plus additional monthly compensation at 30% of collections
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Medical insurance
• 401(k) with 4% employer match
• $3,000 annual CE stipend

Schedule

• 36-hour workweek: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Three-day weekends every week

The Opportunity

Step into an established patient base of more than 5,000 active patients across our 13-operatory main office and 6-operatory satellite practice 10 miles north. The schedule and support are already in place; you focus on dentistry.

You’ll work with state-of-the-art technology, including CBCT, CEREC same-day milling, 3D printers, and a Fotona Erbium laser, in a newly built, all-digital environment.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a licensed general dentist (or eligible in Kansas) who is:

• Motivated and clinically confident across comprehensive general dentistry
• Interested in CEREC, laser, and digital workflows
