Compensation & Perks
Daily Guarantee: $700/day (first 3 months)
Production-Based Compensation: 30–33% of production (based on experience)
CE Allowance: Annual continuing education support
401(k): Employer matching, available after 1 year of service
Signing Bonus: $10,000
PTO: 2 non-consecutive weeks (8 days total)
