Shady Spring Dental Care is a growing, multi-location dental group serving Southern West Virginia, with offices in Shady Spring, Oak Hill, and Bluefield.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30–33% of production (based on experience)

Expected Earnings: $250,000 – $350,000+ annually

Daily Guarantee: $700/day (first 3 months)
Most associates quickly exceed the guarantee due to strong patient flow and scheduling support.

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity offering a consistent, high-producing schedule from day one. Associates typically work 4 nine-hour days, with flexibility available and the option to rotate between locations based on preference.

The practice offers a broad scope of comprehensive general dentistry, including:

• Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)
• Quadrant dentistry workflows for efficiency and production
• Extractions and endodontics
• Invisalign and clear aligner therapy
• Single implant placement and restorations (growth opportunity)
• Sedation dentistry (Shady Spring location)

You’ll be supported by advanced technology and a highly trained team, including:

• Modern digital systems and imaging
• Dedicated surgical suite for advanced procedures (All-on-X at Shady Spring)
• Strong hygiene department (8–9 hygienists)
• 10–11 assistants supporting clinical flow and efficiency

Advanced procedures, including All-on-X and complex surgical cases, are primarily performed at the Shady Spring location, providing a clear pathway for clinical growth and hands-on exposure

Mentorship & Growth:

• Direct mentorship from owner-doctors experienced in advanced procedures
• Opportunity to grow into implants and more complex cases over time
• Treatment is actively filtered and supported by owner doctors, allowing associates to walk into a full, productive schedule
• Some associates are producing $50K–$80K/month, demonstrating strong upside

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed General Dentist (or eligible in West Virginia)
• 1–2 years of experience, GPR/AEGD preferred (new grads welcomed for the right cultural fit)
• Clinically confident in bread-and-butter dentistry, with interest in expanding skills
• Strong communicator with a team-first mindset
• Coachable, motivated, and growth-oriented
• Interested in long-term development and mentorship
