Compensation: 40% of collections
Guaranteed Draw: $4,000 bi-weekly for the first 3 months
Estimated Total Earnings: $300,000–$500,000 annually (based on production)
Continuing Education: $1,500 annual CE allowance
Insurance: 3 medical plan options (individual, spouse, and family) with employer-paid portion; additional coverage includes life, accident, illness/cancer, disability, and vision insurance , plus dependent care and a $1,000 company-funded HRA
