Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 40% of collections
Expected Earnings: $300,000–$500,000+ annually
Daily Guarantee: $4,000 bi-weekly guaranteed draw for the first 3 months

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity offering a flexible schedule, strong patient flow, and full clinical autonomy in a progressive private practice environment.

The associate will have the opportunity to perform a comprehensive range of procedures, including:

• Diagnostic and restorative dentistry
• Root canals
• Fixed and removable prosthodontics
• Implant dentistry
• Oral surgery and extractions
• Invisalign
• Emergency dentistry

You’ll have the freedom to practice comprehensive dentistry at a high level, supported by a collaborative and experienced clinical team.

Office Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Flexible scheduling allows for adjustments to workdays and start/end times.
