Led by Dr. Khalil and a leadership team of four, our structure gives every team member real access to guidance and support, both professional and personal. All of our offices come together every quarter for continuing education, team building, and community events. We’re looking for an experienced associate with at least 3 years of private practice experience across all aspects of general dentistry , collaborative, and relationship-focused, someone whose chairside manner is built on thorough explanations and zero sales pressure.
