Arlington Dentistry By Design is a thriving, growth-focused practice in the heart of Clarendon, part of a respected group of offices across Northern Virginia and the greater Washington, D.C. area. We're a full-service dental institute where our doctors do it all — and we practice every day with honesty, integrity, and genuine care for our patients and each other.

Led by Dr. Khalil and a leadership team of four, our structure gives every team member real access to guidance and support, both professional and personal. All of our offices come together every quarter for continuing education, team building, and community events. We're looking for an associate with experience in all aspects of general dentistry, collaborative, and relationship-focused — someone whose chairside manner is built on thorough explanations and zero sales pressure.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: 35% of gross collections (associate responsible for 35% of lab costs)
• Expected earnings: $250,000–$400,000 annually
• Daily guarantee: negotiable
• Continuing education: quarterly in-office CE across all locations, plus Dr. Khalil's Invisalign Study Club

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time role. We're looking to bring someone on as soon as possible to support our growing practice.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, generally 6:45–7:45 AM start, finishing around 4:00–4:30 PM. Some flexibility available.

As a complete dental institute, we don't refer procedures out — most of our associates do everything. You'll have the opportunity to perform a full scope, including:

• Restorative dentistry
• Cosmetic dentistry (crowns, veneers, bonding)
• Oral surgery
• Endodontics
• Periodontics
• Invisalign

Mentorship & Growth

Training and mentorship are core to how we work. Whether you're already comfortable across the full scope or looking to expand your skills, you'll have real support to grow into a complete-scope clinician, including Invisalign training if you're not yet certified. With Dr. Khalil and our leadership team behind you, plus quarterly CE and an Invisalign Study Club, this is an environment built for continual growth. For the right long-term fit, there is also a genuine path to partnership.

Technology & Systems

Our offices are state-of-the-art and fully digital, equipped with:

• iTero and Trios intraoral scanners
• Digital X-rays and intraoral cameras
• CT/CBCT imaging
• Surgical microscope
• Glidewell in-house printing, milling, and bending
• Overjet AI for radiograph reading and clinical notes
• Fully paperless practice management with Dentrix and Dexis, and state-of-the-art sterilization

Ideal Candidate

• A licensed general dentist comfortable across a full scope: restorative, oral surgery, endo, perio, and cosmetic cases
• Invisalign certified, or willing to get certified quickly — it's a core service line, and we're happy to train
• Coachable, collaborative, and a genuine team player
• Strong in patient communication, with a no-pressure, thorough chairside manner rather than a high-volume, transactional style
• Experienced, versatile general dentists comfortable with all aspects of dentistry are encouraged to apply.
