Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: 30–32% of collections based on ability and experience Expected Earnings: $250,000–$450,000 annually for a full-time associate Daily Guarantee: $800–$1,000/day (based on experience) Pay Structure: Twice monthly, based on collections
