Compensation & Benefits

We believe exceptional dentists deserve exceptional compensation and long-term career opportunities.

Compensation: 30–32% of collections, based on experience and clinical ability

Expected Earnings: $250,000–$450,000 annually for a full-time associate

Daily Guarantee: $800–$1,000 per day, based on experience

Pay Structure: Paid twice monthly based on collections

Benefits Include:

• 50% reimbursement of malpractice insurance (up to $500 annually)
• $1,000 annual Continuing Education allowance (non-rollover)
• One week of PTO after your first year ($100/day for 7 days)

The Opportunity

This is a full-time Associate Dentist opportunity offering an outstanding Monday–Thursday schedule, allowing you to enjoy three-day weekends every week while maintaining a consistently busy patient schedule and excellent work-life balance.

You'll provide a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Restorative dentistry
• Crown & bridge
• Prosthodontics
• Endodontics
• Oral surgery
• Cosmetic dentistry

You'll be supported by modern systems, a strong hygiene program, and an experienced clinical team, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding patient care while maximizing your productivity.

One of our recent new graduate associates is now comfortably producing $8,000–$10,000 per day after ramp-up, demonstrating both the effectiveness of our mentorship and the exceptional earning potential available within our practice.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed General Dentist
• 2–3+ years of experience preferred (AEGD or GPR is a plus)
• Comfortable performing comprehensive general dentistry and managing hygiene checks
• Clinically confident, patient-focused, and team-oriented
• Coachable, humble, and committed to continuous growth
• Interested in long-term career growth and future ownership within a private practice
