Refresh Valley Dental is a growing private practice located in Northampton, Massachusetts, right off I-91 in the Pioneer Valley, approximately 2 hours west of Boston. Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: 35% of adjusted production (production minus lab fees and implant parts)
• Expected Earnings: $200,000–$300,000+ annually
• Daily Guarantee: $800/day for the first 3 months
• Open to Full-Time or Part-Time Candidates

The Opportunity

This is a highly attractive opportunity for a dentist looking to practice in a modern, collaborative private practice with access to mentorship and advanced procedures.

The full-time schedule includes:

• Monday, Thursday & Friday: 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday Off
• 1-hour lunch daily

The practice is somewhat flexible regarding scheduling structure, including which day is designated as the late day or day off.

The associate will perform a broad scope of dentistry, including:

• Composites
• Crowns
• Dentures
• Additional procedures based on comfort and experience:
  • Endodontics
  • Extractions
  • Clear Aligners
  • Implants
  • Full Mouth Rehabilitation

The owner is highly supportive of associates who want to continue growing clinically and is open to mentoring in advanced procedures or helping associates pursue high-level CE opportunities.
