Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: 31% of collections
Expected Earnings: $200k - $300k Annual Earning Potential
Daily Guarantee: $800/day for the first 4 months
Benefits May Include:
- CE Program: Up to $7,000 annually (first 3 years)
- 50% covered by the practice (pre-approved, growth-focused courses)
- 401(k):
- Match structure: 100% on first 3%, 50% on next 2% (eligibility after full-time employment period)
- Dental Benefits:
- Complimentary dental care for immediate family (lab fees only if applicable)
The Opportunity
This is a full-time opportunity in a growing practice with strong patient demand, designed for a dentist who wants to build skills and expand into more advanced procedures over time.
Schedule details will be outlined in the contract, with a consistent and structured workflow already in place.
The practice offers a broad and evolving scope of dentistry, including:
- Restorative dentistry and crown & bridge
- Root canal therapy (RCT)
- Extractions
- Orthodontics and pediatric dentistry
- Preventive and comprehensive care
- removable prosthetics
- Implant dentistry
You’ll be supported by extensive advanced technology, including:
- Digital X-rays and CBCT
- Primscan, (CEREC) with Primemill, Ivoclar and SpeedFire
- Primeprint
- Pearl AI and Denti AI systems
- Open Dental software
- Advanced endo systems (X-Smart Pro+)
- Piezo units, DS Cavitron systems, and DS implant systems
- DSLR camera for all new patients and cosmetic cases
- intraoral cameras in all the rooms
- Nitrous plumbed in all the rooms (No moving tanks)
Formal mentorship is provided, with the owner doctor available for:
- In-person guidance
- Ongoing case support
- Direct communication as needed
