willing to invest 50% of payment for CE course for the associate up to $7000 per year as long as we plan in advance what clinical procedure the associate is willing to take to be also beneficial for the office.
first 2 months on the guarantee and then 31% adjusted production. office will pay for the lab fee unless the case gets repeated by the lab due to dentist error on capturing the info. This mainly will be for removable and implant abutment as we fabricate all crowns and most bridges, nightguard, retainers in the office and the associate does not need to pay for the material and labor that the team will put into the design and fabrication.
