Gresham Advanced Dentistry is a rapidly growing private practice located in Gresham, Oregon, built around the idea of helping doctors “build a practice within a practice.”

This is a replacement opportunity for a busy, established associate, meaning you’ll step into immediate patient demand and production from day one.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of adjusted production
Expected Earnings: $210,000–$450,000+ annually

Daily Guarantee: $750/day (rarely needed due to strong patient flow)

Current doctors produce approximately $700–$1,000 per hour, working 20–30 hours per week, translating to strong and consistent income potential. The departing associate was producing at the higher end of this range.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity offering immediate production, strong patient demand, and clinical variety.

You’ll step into a busy, established schedule, replacing a long-time associate and inheriting a patient base ready for comprehensive care.

The practice offers a broad scope of general and advanced dentistry, including:

• Bread-and-butter restorative dentistry
• Emergency care
• Extractions and root canals (including molar endo)
• Dentures and removable prosthodontics
• Implants
• Cosmetic dentistry

This role is designed for:

• A dentist already comfortable with a broad clinical scope, OR
• A dentist with a strong general dentistry and emergency foundation who wants to expand into advanced procedures with mentorship

You’ll be supported by modern, cutting-edge technology, including:

• CBCT imaging
• CEREC (same-day dentistry)
• iTero scanner
• Pearl AI radiograph analysis
• Curodont technology
• Salivary testing
• Air polishers

Mentorship and collaboration are built into the culture, making this a strong opportunity for:

You will have full autonomy in treatment planning and clinical decision-making.

• A licensed general dentist (Oregon license or ability to obtain)
• 2+ years of experience preferred (1+ year considered with strong restorative and emergency skills)
