Associate Dentist - Private Practice Mentorship + Advanced Procedures

We are a single-location private dental practice in the Portland Metro Area (Gresham, OR) seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join us 4 days per week, with a target start date in June 2026.

We are replacing a busy, long-time associate doctor who is moving out of state for family-related reasons. This role already has strong patient demand, about 30 new patients per month per dentist, and a broad clinical opportunity. Our previous associate performed a wide procedure mix including implants, dentures, molar root canals, and cosmetic dentistry. We are open to someone who already enjoys that type of dentistry or someone with a strong bread-and-butter and emergency-care foundation who wants mentorship and support to expand.

The position is 4 days/week with a June 2026 start. Compensation is 30% adjusted production with a temporary ramp-up guarantee, CE support, and relocation support for the right candidate.
