Why are we looking for an Associate?:

  • 90+ new patients/month with ongoing hygiene backlog and unmet demand.
  • New grad/ no residency associate on track for $200K+ in first full year working out of only one chair 4 days/ week.
  • Expanding from 6 to 11 operatories (June 2026). Second chair for current associate.

What we do NOT expect from our Associate:

  • No hygiene responsibilities. Our hygienists are highly skilled and handle all preventive care.
  • No pressure to perform procedures you’re not comfortable with. We support your clinical preferences and growth.
  • No after-hours or weekend call. We operate Monday–Thursday (8–5). Option to expand schedule into Fridays as the practice grows.
