Hello everyone! Located less than 5 miles from Ocean City, MD and less than 10 miles from Delaware's closest beach, this well established coastal practice has experienced significant growth in the last 6 months since being acquired.

Mariner Cosmetic Dentistry is open Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm. We are currently a PPO office with high negotiated fee schedules. Delta Dental along with several other insurances were dropped upon purchase.

Our number one goal is simple: Provide exceptional dental care. Our second and third goals are to have fun and be successful.

We offer comprehensive and family dental services although cosmetic services are our favorite. Please reach out with any questions you may have!

Our office is BUSY and we hope to hire a fun-loving and passionate dentist to join our hardworking team to do a whole lot of high-quality dentistry. Why are we looking for an Associate?: I purchased this practice in July of 2024 and growth has been exponential. We need a second dentist. Office sees >80 new patients a month and still not meeting the demand while pushing any additional new patients months on months out. Our continued growth is inevitable and we need more help and more space to meet the demand. How an associate would help us: Allow us to meet the new patient and dental treatment demand our office has. Expand specialty procedures we do not currently offer such as endodontics (not required).
