Compensation: 30–32% of adjusted production
Expected Earnings: $250,000–$350,000 annually
Daily Guarantee: $800–$1,000/day guaranteed during the first six months
Sign-On Bonus / Relocation Assistance: $5,000/year for each year committed (max 2 years; full payback if year not completed)

This is a full-time opportunity with a well-balanced schedule and consistently high patient flow. The associate will work Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with flexibility to adjust hours and days as desired.
