We're growing, and we're looking for a dentist who wants to become an owner without building a practice from scratch.  Start with us, grow your schedule, learn from a super GP with a mentorship program, and step into partnership as the practice expands, with full clinical autonomy and no quotas along the way.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of collections, plus daily bonuses and monthly bonuses

Expected Earnings: $200,000–$400,000 annually

Daily Guarantee: $800 per day for the first 3 months

Pay Structure: Daily base pay on regular payroll, with collections calculated monthly and paid on the next payroll run

Benefits Include:

• $5k annual CE allowance
• Health insurance credit available, with a full health plan and 401(k) coming soon
• Mentorship program with a super GP

Schedule

• Office hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Start at 2 days a week (Monday and Tuesday) and grow to 3–4 days full-time as your schedule fills
• Flexible on days, extended hours, and day swaps

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time role designed as a runway: start at two days, build your patient base inside a growing practice, expand to full-time, and move toward partnership. It's built for a dentist who wants ownership and would rather grow into a thriving practice than start one.

You'll practice whatever you're comfortable with, and learn the rest. Our owner is a super GP who places lots of implants and runs a mentorship program: bring a growth mindset, and he'll teach you the procedures you don't yet feel confident in. You'll have full autonomy in your treatment planning and clinical decisions, with no production quotas.

You'll be supported by very high-tech, modern systems, including:

• CBCT imaging
• Trios intraoral scanner
• Laser dentistry
• AI imaging and AI clinical notes
• Handheld X-rays

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed general dentist with 1+ years of experience
• Strong clinical skills and excellent patient communication
• A leadership mentality with a growth mindset
• Wants to be an owner, and wants to get there by growing an existing practice rather than building one from zero
• Collaborative, drama-free, and appreciative of a strong team
