Love Dental is a private doctor-owned, comprehensive general practice in Avondale, Arizona. We are not a DSO and we are not a volume mill. We slow things down, diagnose thoroughly, educate first, and present complete treatment plans to patients we intend to keep for twenty years, not one visit.
Clinically, we keep as much under one roof as possible but only if we feel we can perform at specialist quality: implants (surgical and restorative), wisdom teeth and oral surgery, clear aligners, perio, endo, and the full family dentistry suite. We also do veneers, full smile design, and full arch implant dentures (AOX). Six operatories, Open Dental, a strong hygiene program and an incredible team working together in a high-tech modern facility.
Our six core values are printed on the wall and actually lived by: love our patients, love our coworkers, love ourselves, love our work, love our growth, love our adaptability. The operating principle underneath them is loving, not lenient. Clear expectations, real mentorship, and a culture where the standard is high and nobody walks on eggshells.
Our overarching principal is to do things the right way and for the right reasons. Being privately owned by the dentist allows us to pivot extremely quickly when we find a better way of doing things. We can change whatever we want whenever we want, as long as its an improvement on what we are already doing. That philosophy has allowed us to grow extremely quickly in a short amount of time. "This is the way we've always done it" is a banned phrase here.
We are looking for a doctor who wants to grow into a well-rounded master clinician, not just cover a schedule. You will have direct mentorship to help accelerate your growth clinically and personally. The right associate joins as an associate now with a path towards partnership/ownership.
