Lead Associate Dentist | Established Clinical Schedule | 3 Days/Week

$250,000 - $300,000 yearly

What are some features of your dental practice?

Step Into an Established Clinical Schedule — Not a Schedule You Have to Build

This is more than a typical associate position. The incoming dentist will have the opportunity to step directly into the established clinical schedule and patient base of a long-time dentist as she transitions into retirement.

The retiring dentist currently maintains a productive clinical schedule approximately 2.5 days per week. The incoming associate will work 3 clinical days per week, allowing the dentist to take over the existing schedule while providing additional capacity for continued growth.

The retiring dentist will remain with the practice during an extended transition period, giving the incoming associate the opportunity to work alongside her, meet patients, and benefit from a thoughtful, personal handoff.

Why this opportunity is different:

  • $250,000–$300,000 annual earning potential
  • Only 3 clinical days per week
  • 35% of collections
  • Step directly into an established 2.5-day clinical schedule
  • Existing patient base — no need to build a schedule from scratch
  • Retiring dentist available to facilitate a smooth patient transition
  • Established hygiene and recall program
  • 4% employer 401(k) match
  • $500/month toward employee-only health coverage
  • Malpractice insurance
  • Continuing-education allowance
  • $1,200/day initial guarantee
  • Dedicated clinical support
  • Significant clinical autonomy
  • No evenings
  • No weekends
  • Opportunity for additional growth

Our goal is to find an exceptional dentist who can step into the retiring dentist's shoes and become the primary treating dentist for the practice.

This opportunity is best suited for an experienced general dentist who is comfortable practicing independently, enjoys developing long-term patient relationships, and is looking for a stable, long-term professional home.

For the right dentist, this offers many of the benefits of practice ownership — an established patient base, productive schedule, autonomy, and significant earning potential — without the financial risk or administrative burden of ownership.

What procedures will the associate be doing?

The incoming dentist will become the lead associate and primary treating dentist, stepping directly into the retiring dentist's established clinical schedule.

This is a comprehensive general dentistry opportunity with an existing patient base and immediate clinical demand.

Primary procedures include:

  • Comprehensive exams and diagnosis
  • Treatment planning
  • Direct restorative dentistry
  • Crown and bridge
  • Hygiene examinations
  • Emergency dentistry
  • Extractions
  • Endodontics within the dentist's comfort level

Advanced surgical, implant, or other expanded clinical skills are welcomed but not required. We are more interested in finding an excellent comprehensive dentist with strong patient communication and treatment-planning skills than someone who performs every procedure in-house.
