Step Into an Established Clinical Schedule — Not a Schedule You Have to Build This is more than a typical associate position. The incoming dentist will have the opportunity to step directly into the established clinical schedule and patient base of a long-time dentist as she transitions into retirement. The retiring dentist currently maintains a productive clinical schedule approximately 2.5 days per week . We are seeking an associate for a minimum of 3 clinical days per week, with the opportunity to work up to 5 clinical days as the practice grows . For a dentist seeking work-life balance, the existing patient flow provides the opportunity to earn approximately $250,000–$300,000 annually working just 3 clinical days per week .
