Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: Daily guarantee of $800/day for the first 90 days, transitioning to a tiered percentage of net collections that increases as you produce more:
- 30% of average daily net collections under $3,000
- 32% when average daily net collections reach $3,000 to $4,000
- 34% when average daily net collections reach $4,000 or more

The Opportunity
This is a full-time associate role where you'll step into a busy, established practice and be productive from day one.
You'll enjoy:
- A full schedule with roughly 40 new patients per month
- Complete clinical independence to practice the way you know is right for your patients
- Direct mentorship, both clinical and business, from an owner who still practices chairside
You'll provide comprehensive general dentistry, developing thorough treatment plans, educating patients on their oral health, and building the trusted relationships that lead to long-term retention. You'll practice with CBCT, implant capabilities, and full clinical support behind you.

Mentorship here is genuine and hands-on. You'll receive direct clinical and business guidance from a practicing owner-dentist, along with regular case review and collaboration through monthly doctor dinners. - A licensed dentist with all certifications required by the Tennessee State Dental Board and no adverse actions
- Holding active DEA registration
