Hallmark Dental is an owner-led group of three general dental practices serving Middle Tennessee — Brentwood, Lewisburg, and Greenbrier.

We are not a chain, and we are not trying to become one. We are neighborhood practices held to a single standard: do the best thing for the patient, every time, and build a place people are glad to come to work. Our owner still practices chairside every week, which means decisions here are made by someone who has to live with them.

That standard shows up in specifics rather than slogans. We invest in the technology that lets our doctors practice comprehensively — CBCT imaging, implant placement, and the full support structure behind both. We keep our teams small enough that patients are known by name, and we cross-train across roles on purpose, so a hard day gets absorbed by the team instead of landing on one person.

How we communicate is the part we are most deliberate about. Honest, open, and transparent is a working standard here, not a poster in the break room. It governs how we talk to patients about treatment, and how we talk to our own people about expectations, performance, and pay.

We also believe a practice owes something to the community it sits in. Our Lewisburg team supports Hopetown Smiles, and we are building a nonprofit focused on mental health in dentistry — a subject our profession has been too quiet about for too long.

We hire dentists, hygienists, assistants, and coordinators who want to do good work alongside people who care about doing it well.
