Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $180,000–$200,000 per year (based on experience/production)
CE Stipend: $2,000 per year for approved continuing education
Insurance: Medical, dental, life, and malpractice coverage provided
401(k): Yes, with up to 4% matching
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Flexible
