Why are we looking for an Associate?: Practice grew >3x from $830K to $2.6M+ in under 2 years  after purchasing. 90+ new patients/month with ongoing hygiene backlog and unmet demand. New grad/ no residency associate on track for $200K+ in first full year working out of only one chair 4 days/ week. Expanding from 6 to 11 operatories (June 2026). Second chair for current associate.
