Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $200,000 annually
Production Bonus: 32% of adjusted production (performance-based)
Total Earnings: $280,000–$350,000+ depending on experience, speed, and clinical scope
Relocation Bonus: $10,000 (forgiven after 1 year)
Continuing Education: $5,000 yearly allowance
Insurance: Wellness stipend or HSA; professional liability insurance fully covered
Retirement: 401(k) plan with company matching
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, flexible hours
