OG Dental is a collaborative, growth-focused practice located in the Lower Highlands (LoHi) neighborhood of downtown Denver, Colorado . We're a team of four doctors genuinely committed to clinical excellence and continuous learning, so much so that we run a weekly study club together.
This is a Kois-trained practice running the full suite of Kois systems , with two senior doctors already bringing that caliber of dentistry to the office . For an associate, that means stepping into an environment where high-level, evidence-based dentistry is simply how we work , with the mentorship and systems to help you practice at that level too.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: 30% of production
Expected Earnings: $300,000 annually
Daily Guarantee: $600 per day
Benefits Include:
$5,000 annual Continuing Education allowance
Medical insurance (associate pays 50% of premium)
401(k) with 4% match
