Compensation:
Structure: 35% of Collections (equivalent to adjusted Production).
Earnings Range: $300,000+ annually.
Daily Guarantee: $800 to $1,200 depending on experience (closer to $850 for newer graduates, up to $1,200+ for experienced candidates).
