Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: 30% of Net Production (FFS) (Comparable to ~40% collections in a PPO environment)
Expected Earnings: $250,000–$350,000+ annually
Daily Guarantee: $900/day for the first 3 months
CE Allowance: $10,000 annually (course reimbursement)
401(k): 4% company match after 1 year
