Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Dental Associate to join our growing practice. This position offers a supportive, friendly environment with and experienced staff, making the workday enjoyable and efficient.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $225,000 - $350,000+ based on experience
Daily Guarantee of $750 per day to be paid on a
bi-weekly basis for the first 6 months of employment.
Compensation Structure: Percentage of adjusted production
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Continuing Education Stipend: $5,000
Mentorship: Available for personal and professional growth
Liability Insurance Coverage: Included
Professional Licensing Fees: Covered by the practice
Work Schedule:
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Flexible Schedule: to prevent burnout
