Location : We are a private practice although we have four locations, and are growing. Mobile Bay Dental has two locations in Mobile. One office is in Semmes, the other location is at the BelAir Mall. Look Dental at The Wharf in Orange Beach. Our newest location, Bayshore Smiles in Daphne that opened March 2025. Compensation : We offer a structured mentorship program for new graduates, and a daily rate guaranteed for 90 days. 36% total collections are offered to associates. Over the past two years, our current full-time associates were compensated from $200,000 to over $380,000 annually, based on experience.
