Interested in hiring an Orthodontist who would grow with us! Partnership to begin with! Owner doctor, Dr. Jayaram, would like to partner with someone in existing facility. Eventually, you can branch out into your own enterprise if you want to, after building patient base for a year or two. The existing practice is a pediatric office. We also see a lot of teenagers, have some 25-26 year olds; lots of established patients. There are no orthodontists in town and patients want orthodontist in-house. The building next store that doctor owns is just sitting. Once you build up your patients, you can move into your own space there if interested.  This orthodontist would be investing 50/50 in equipment for ortho to get set up.  Compensation : Guaranteed per-diem for the first 3-6 months: $1,300/day
