Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: 35% of adjusted production
Daily Guarantee: $800/day for the first 6 months
Earning Potential: $200,000–$350,000+ annually
Continuing Education: $350/month CE allowance
Insurance: $350/month toward employee health plan
401(k): 4% employer match after 1 year
Paid Time Off: 2 weeks annually
