Dental Associate Position – Bakersfield, CA
We are seeking a part-time or full-time dental associate to join our growing, positive, and drama-free team in Northwest Bakersfield, CA . We are looking for a compassionate, clinically confident doctor who prioritizes patient care and communication.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation:
27% of adjusted production (for doctors with ≤5 years of experience)
30% of adjusted production (for doctors with >5 years of experience)
Previous associates have earned $220K to $500K+ per year
Daily Guarantee:
$800/day (<5 years of experience)
$1,000/day (for experienced doctors, negotiable)
Benefits:
50% medical insurance coverage
$5,000 retention bonus ($2,500 at 3 months & 12 months)
