Compensation:
Daily Guarantee: $800–$1,000/day
~30% of production
For 3 days/week:
~$120,000/year --> ~$225,000/year
More experience → ~$250,000+/year
For 4 days/week (growth potential):
~$180,000 – $325,000+ depending on production and schedule
