About Our Practice:

• This location is a 4 operatory PPO/FFS practice with good patient flow. We have built a trusted reputation in the community and are the only dental office in the county. If patient relationships matter to you, this is a great opportunity for you!
• This is a single full time dentist practice with 1 hygienist, 3 RDAs, and 3 front office team members
•  We see about 50 new patients/month via word of mouth and social media marketing
• Mostly adult patient base, though we do see some pediatric patients (about 20%)
• CBCT for 3D imaging for implant treatment planning and endo cases
• Trios 5 Intraoral Scanner
• Intraoral cameras in every op 
• Diode laser

Schedule:

• 9:00-12:00 ; 1:00-5:00 Tuesday-Friday; the office is closed on Monday.

Compensation:

• Initial 6 month period: paid greater of $1,100/day or 30% of adjusted production --this comes out to monthly minimum gross income of $17,600 working 4 days/week
• After 12 month period: paid 30% of adjusted production
• Associate doctor lab fees are shared at 30% (FCZ crown fee is $45 and E. max fee is $65; all negotiated lab fees are very affordable)
• $10k Sign on bonus available to help with relocation!
• Medical insurance offered--50% of employee monthly premium covered
• 10 days of PTO at $500/day
• Annual CE reimbursement up to $5,000--we believe in investing in our doctors' training and skills to benefit our patients
• Annual malpractice insurance reimbursement up to $2,000

-Be comfortable and efficient with bread and butter dentistry (crowns, bridges)--this is about 30% of our procedure mix

-Be comfortable with molar surgical extractions (non-wisdom teeth) 

-Be comfortable with Endo (anterior, pre-molar, and 1st molar endo preferably)

-Be comfortable with Removable Prosth (traditional dentures, partials, Locator Overdentures)

-Be comfortable with placing implants (either guided or free-hand)

-Ability to learn/ offer Clear Aligner therapy (we use OrthoFx) 

-Have at least 2 years of experience outside of dental school (strongly recommended) or have completed AEGD/GPR residency

-Mentorship available 1 day/week with the owner dentist
