Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

• 30% of adjusted production
• Expected earnings: $250,000-$350,000+ annually

Daily Guarantee

For your first 6 months, you'll receive the greater of:

• $1,100 per day, or
• 30% of adjusted production

with a minimum monthly guarantee of $17,600 while working just 4 days per week.

The Practice

You'll join a well-established PPO and fee-for-service practice with an outstanding reputation for patient care.

Our team includes:

• 1 full-time owner dentist
• 1 hygienist
• 3 experienced dental assistants
• 3 front office team members

We currently welcome approximately 50 new patients each month, providing a consistent schedule and strong production opportunities from day one.

Our culture is collaborative, supportive, and patient-focused. We believe in transparency, so you'll have full access to financial and production reports through Dentrix Ascend and Jarvis Analytics.

A Broad Scope of Dentistry

If you enjoy practicing comprehensive dentistry, you'll love the variety this position offers.

• Restorative dentistry
• Crowns and bridges
